การศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตคนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ            การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของคนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุก 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านผลตอบแทนที่เป็นธรรม ด้านสภาพการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย ด้านสวัสดิการ ด้านความสมดุลในชีวิตงาน ชีวิตส่วนตัว และด้านความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของคนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุกโดยจำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลคือ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระยะเวลาในการทำงาน และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นคนต่างด้าวสัญชาติพม่า จำนวน 84 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเพื่อการวิจัยภาษาพม่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยการทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบค่าที วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LSD  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุกมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านผลตอบแทนที่เป็นธรรม  (= 3.00) ด้านสภาพการทำงานที่ปลอดภัย (= 3.07) ด้านสวัสดิการ (= 3.13) ด้านความสมดุลในชีวิตงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว (= 3.22) และด้านความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กร (= 3.06) แสดงให้เห็นว่าความคิดเห็นของคนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุกเกี่ยวกับด้านสมดุลในชีวิตงานชีวิต ส่วนตัวมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าด้านอื่นๆ 2) ผลจากการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของคนงานต่างด้าวที่ทำการขนถ่ายสินค้ารถบรรทุก โดยจำแนกตามลักษณะบุคคลพบว่าคนงานต่างด้าวที่มี อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระยะเวลาการทำงาน และมีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการนำผลการวิจัยไปใช้ ผู้วิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าบริษัทขนส่งสินค้าควรจัดให้มีองค์ประกอบของคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานทั้ง 5 ด้าน ให้แก่คนงานในระดับที่สูงขึ้น และนำข้อมูลมาพิจารณาในการวางแผน ปรับปรุงและประเมินทิศทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อนำไปสู่ประสิทธิผลขององค์กรในอนาคตต่อไป คำสำคัญ: คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงาน, คนงานต่างด้าว, การขนถ่ายสินค้าทางรถบรรทุก Abstract:                The purposes of this research were 1) to study working quality of life of alien regarding to trucks and trailers land transportation on five aspects which included the fair income, safety at work, welfare, balance of work and personal life, and the relationship within the organization and 2) to compare working quality of life of alien   in four aspects, they were, age, martial status, work period and income. The sample groups were 84 Myanmar’s alien workers. The data were collected by using a set of 5-level rating scale questionnaires written in the Myanmar’s language. The percentages, means and standard deviations were employed to analyze the data.   F-test, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to test the hypothesis followed by the use of LSD method to test the paired mean difference.  The results of this research were as follows : 1) The alien workers’ opinion towards the working quality of life was at a moderate level in five aspects which included fair income (= 3.00), safety at work (= 3.07), welfare (= 3.13), balance of work and personal life  (= 3.22), and the relationship within the organization (= 3.06),which confirmed that the alien workers’ opinion towards balance of work and personal life was ranked with a higher mean score than other aspects. 2) When comparing the alien workers’ working quality of life classified by ages, marital status, work period and income, it revealed that the differences of these personal factors were statistically different at a .05 level of significance. The recommendations from the study are as follows: Five factors concerning the workers’ working quality of life should be more focused on by logistic companies. In addition, for the highest success and efficiency, the organizations should take the research results into consideration in order to set up their future goals of planning, improvement and problem solving as well.   Keyword:  Working Quality of Life, Alien Worker, Trucks and Trailers Land Transportation
