สภาพแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยาสูบ ตำบลทับผึ้ง อำเภอศรีสำโรง จังหวัดสุโขทัย

Abstract

อนิรุจน์  มะโนธรรม   คณะเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏลำปาง   *Corresponding author e-mail: aniruth_m@hotmail.com   บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยาสูบในตำบลทับผึ้ง อำเภอศรีสำโรง จังหวัดสุโขทัย รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาประกอบด้วยการสำรวจพื้นที่และแบบสอบถามด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างใช้แบบเจาะจง กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยาสูบจำนวน 265 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ในระดับความเสี่ยงมากกลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยงในขั้นตอนการปลูกต้นยาสูบมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 39.6) ในระดับความเสี่ยงปานกลางกลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยงในขั้นตอนการบ่มใบยามากที่สุด   (ร้อยละ 36.6) และในระดับความเสี่ยงน้อยกลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้ถึงความเสี่ยงขั้นตอนการเพาะต้นกล้ายาสูบมากที่สุด   (ร้อยละ 95.5) ในส่วนของการสัมผัสปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานด้านกายภาพ พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้อุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือในการทำงานที่มีความเป็นอันตรายมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 97.7) ด้านสารเคมี พบว่ามีโอกาสสัมผัสกับสารกำจัดแมลงและศัตรูพืชมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 99.6) ด้านชีวภาพ พบว่าบริเวณพื้นที่ทำงานมีความเสี่ยงในการสัมผัสสัตว์หรือแมลงมีพิษกัดต่อยมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 74.7) และด้านการยศาสตร์ พบว่าคนงานมีท่าทางการทำงานที่นำไปสู่ความรู้สึกเมื่อยล้ามากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 100) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวางแผนส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรกลุ่มดังกล่าวต่อไป คำสำคัญ : สภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน, ความปลอดภัย, เกษตรกรผู้ปลูกยาสูบ WORKING CONDITIONS AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AMONG TOBACCO GROWERS IN TUBPEUNG SUBDISTRICT, SRISUMRONG DISTRICT, SUKHOTHAI PROVINCE   Aniruth  Manothum Faculty of Industrial Technology, Lampang Rajabhat University   *Corresponding author e-mail: aniruth_m@hotmail.com Abstract The purpose of this study was to study for working conditions and occupational safety among tobacco growers in Tubpeung subdistrict, Srisumrong district, Sukhothai province. This study used the survey research. The instrument was a walk-through survey and questionnaire which aimed to study in working conditions and occupational safety. Random sampling technique is purposive random sampling. The participants have 265 of tobacco growers. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that at the high risk level, the participant respondents perceived the high risk of tobacco growing process (39.6%). In medium risk, perceived the high risk of tobacco curing process (36.6%) and the low risk, perceived the high risk of tobacco cultivation process (95.5%). In terms of physical hazards, it was found that the sample group had the most opportunity to use equipment or working tools that were the most dangerous (97.7%). In terms of chemical hazards, it was found that the greatest chance of contact with insecticides and pests (99.6%). In terms of biological hazards, it was found that the work area had the most of risk in contacting with animals or biting insect (74.7%). In terms of ergonomics hazards, the working posture of workers led to the most fatigue feeling (100 percent). The results of this study can be used a basic information for the related parties to plan promote the quality of life for farmer groups.   Keywords : Working Conditions, Safety, Tobacco Growers
