การศึกษาสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อการศึกษาสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีการดำเนินการแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน  1) การศึกษาสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ดำเนินการโดย การศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมรรถนะความเป็นครู มาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูอาชีวศึกษา  และหลักเกณฑ์ และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา ครูอาชีวศึกษา เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะความเป็นครูที่ทางผู้บริหารหรือวิทยาลัยต้องการ จำนวน 15 คน แล้ววัดสมรรถนะของครูอาชีวศึกษาโดยใช้แบบวัดสมรรถนะความเป็นครู นำไปเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากครูอาชีวศึกษาที่ทำงานในวิทยาลัยในสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาอาชีวศึกษา ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 21 แห่ง จำนวน  236 คน และนำผลมาเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาในหลักสูตรการศึกษาและไม่ได้จบการศึกษาในหลักสูตรการศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) การจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษา ดำเนินการโดยการการสนทนากลุ่มเพื่อหาข้อสรุปการวิจัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาในหลักสูตรการศึกษาและไม่ได้จบการศึกษาในหลักสูตรการศึกษาในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในการส่งเสริมสมรรถนะความเป็นครูของครูอาชีวศึกษาให้มีการดำเนินการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูโดยดำเนินการ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนครูอาชีวศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะวิชาชีพ มีการจัดประสบการณ์ระหว่างเรียนและฝึกปฏิบัติวิชาชีพ และ 2) การพัฒนาครูประจำการเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะของครูอาชีวศึกษาตามความจำเป็นของกลุ่มครูอาชีวศึกษา และมีการใช้การพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้วยวิธีการที่หลากหลาย คำสำคัญ : สมรรถนะความเป็นครู, ครูอาชีวศึกษา A STUDY OF TEACHER COMPETENCIES AMONG VOCATIONAL TEACHERS IN BANGKOK  Ophat  Sukwan, Pacharaporn  Srisawat, Skol  Voracharernsri, Puchong  Chanjira and Pawatwong  Bamroongkhan  Abstract The purpose of this research was to study the competency of the vocational teachers in Bangkok area; the operation can be divided into 1) to study the competency of the vocational teachers in Bangkok conducted by the studying the documents and the research related to the teacher competencies, Professional standard of vocational teachers and conditions. The interviewer were 15 persons of management administrators and vocational teachers in vocational college for the demand for teacher competencies to the management administrators or the college. The measurements used in the data collection were teacher’s competency questionnaire from 236 vocational teachers who worked in 21 vocational colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Bangkok area. The results were comparing to the competencies of the vocational teachers who were graduated and not graduated in the education program in Bangkok area, and 2) proposed was to study policy recommendation for encourage the competency of vocational teachers will be conducted for research conclusion by groups discussion. The result as follow; 1) The competency of vocational teachers were both general and every factors of teacher competencies at a high level.  2) The competency comparative results between the vocational teachers who were graduated and not graduate in the education program in Bangkok area were different with no statistically significant at the .01 level, and  3) The policy recommendation for encourage the development of vocational teachers competency were as follows; 3.1The curriculum development and teaching management of vocational teachers to encourage the professional competence development by experiences management and professional practice, and 3.2 The in-service teachers development to reinforce the competency of vocationalteachers as needed of the vocational teachers and to use the competency development with various methods.
