การพัฒนาต้นแบบเครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงอัตโนมัติ (DEVELOPMENT OF PROTOTYPE OF AUTOMATED HEMORRHOID LIGATOR)

Abstract

โรคริดสีดวงทวารเป็นโรคที่พบได้บ่อยและหนึ่งในวิธีการรักษา คือ การใช้ยางรัดริดสีดวง เนื่องจากเป็นวิธีที่รักษาได้ง่ายและผู้ป่วยไม่ต้องเจ็บตัวในการรักษา โดยกระบวนการรักษาจะใช้เครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวง เพื่อส่งยางเข้าไปรัดที่ขั้วของริดสีดวง ดังนั้นวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยนี้เพื่อพัฒนาส่วนหัวของเครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงให้สามารถถอดล้างได้และยางรัดสามารถเลื่อนออกได้โดยอัตโนมัติในขณะยิงยางรัดริดสีดวง สำหรับกลไกการยิงถูกออกแบบให้ลดการสัมผัสระหว่างเครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงกับผู้ป่วย รวมทั้งสามารถรวมขั้นตอนการดูดริดสีดวงอัตโนมัติและยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงได้พร้อมกันในขั้นตอนเดียวจึงสามารถนำไปใช้งานนอกสถานที่ได้สะดวกในการรักษาและสะดวกในการพกพา อีกทั้งยังทำความสะอาดง่าย เพื่อสุขอนามัยที่ดีขึ้นต่อผู้ป่วยและผู้ที่ทำการรักษา ผลงานวิจัยพบว่าเครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงต้นแบบสามารถใช้งานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้และสามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเพื่อลดการนำเข้าเครื่องยิงยางรัดริดสีดวงจากต่างประเทศได้คำสำคัญ: ริดสีดวงทวาร  ยางรัด  เครื่องยิงยางรัด  เหล็กกล้าสแตนเลส  การดูดอัตโนมัติHemorrhoids are often found and one of treatments is the rubber band ligator which is easy and less pain. There are many types of the rubber band ligator which are different in material and mechanism. In this research, there are three main objective of development. First, the ligator is easy for sanitization. Second, Rubber band is designed to move automatically supported by the new mechanic design that help reduce contact surface with patient. Third, It is developed with a new design of nozzle and trigger which is autosuction and able to shoot the rubber band simultaneously. Hence, the new portable ligator will be convenient for treatment and mobility. According to the tests, the newly designed ligator can be used properly as expected and it can be developed more in order to reduce the ligator from abroad.Keywords: Hemorrhoids, Rubber Band, Automated Hemorrhoid Ligator, Autosuction
