สภาพปัญหาและความสำเร็จในการฝึกอบรมฝีมือแรงงานของวิทยาลัยการแรงงาน: กรณีศึกษาหลักสูตรการนวดไทยเพื่อสุขภาพ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมฝีมือแรงงานของวิทยาลัยการแรงงาน : กรณีศึกษาหลักสูตรการนวดไทยเพื่อสุขภาพนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความสำเร็จในการนวดไทยเพื่อสุขภาพของวิทยาลัยการแรงงาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทุกคน จำนวน 22 คน และครูฝึก จำนวน 2 คน โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่สร้างขึ้นและหาคุณภาพตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรง (Validity) โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง การวิจัยพบว่าปัจจัยการฝึกอบรมทุกด้าน ทั้งเรื่องความสะดวกในการเดินทาง วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ อาคาร สถานที่ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝึกอบรม มีปัญหาน้อยมากแทบไม่ส่งผลกระทบใดๆ วิทยาลัยการแรงงานควรมีการติดตามผลผู้สำเร็จการฝึกอบรม ว่าสามารถนำประสบการณ์ไปใช้ได้มากน้อยเพียงใด ต้องการฝึกอบรมในเรื่องใดบ้าง คำสำคัญ: การฝึกอบรมฝีมือแรงงาน Abstract The objective of this research was to study the perception of Thai Labor College Department’s trainees . The researcher conducted a survey with 22 trainees and 2 trainers with a questionnaires. The questionnaire was validated by five honorable intellectuals, for content accuracy and alignment with the academic objectives. The study showed that the impact of external factors including convenience in transportation, learning materials, and location did not cause any impact on the trainees’ motivation to attend classes. However, the researcher recommended that the college department should follow up with the graduates in order to identify the applicability of the course syllabus in real job situations.
