การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ และศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ การสร้างหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ สร้างขึ้นมาจากการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยใช้รูปแบบในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของทาบาเป็นแนวทาง โดยมีโครงสร้างของเนื้อหาหลักสูตร ได้แก่ หน่วยที่ 1 ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกก หน่วยที่ 2 การแปรรูปกก หน่วยที่ 3 การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ หน่วยที่ 4 การออกแบบลวดลาย หน่วยที่ 5 การย้อมสีกก หน่วยที่ 6 การทอเป็นผืน หน่วยที่ 7 การประดิษฐ์ผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจระหว่างฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างฝึกอบรม แบบทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจภายหลังการฝึกอบรม แบบประเมินทักษะในการปฏิบัติงานภายหลังการฝึกอบรม และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นต่อหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นนักเรียนช่วงชั้นที่ 3 ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนอนุบาลโคกใหม่ละหานทราย จำนวน 30 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ ในด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ มีประสิทธิภาพ 84.09/ 85.22 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ ประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอในด้านทักษะ มีประสิทธิภาพ 83.08 / 86.72 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ คำสำคัญ : การพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรม การออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์จากกกทอ Abstract The purposes of this research were to develop a training curriculum on reed weaving product design and to study the efficiency of a training curriculum development on reed weaving product design. This training curriculum on reed weaving product design was developed through the study from the related research documents using the curriculum development basing on Taba model as a guide. Contents of the curriculum consisted of several learning units that are, Unit 1–Basic knowledge about reeds; Unit 2–Products from reeds; Unit 3–Product Designs; Unit 4–Creative Designs; Unit 5– Colouring; Unit 6- Weaving and Unit 7–Making of reed products. The tools used for data collection were Knowledge/comprehensive tests and production skill assessments conducted both during and after finishing the training courses as well as an opinion questionnaire on the training curriculum. The samples of this research were 30 students of the third grade in the secondary school level (equivalent to Grade 9) from Anuban Khogmai Lahansai School. The data collected was analyzed by the statistical methods of Mean Value and Standard Deviation. The result of the study indicated that; The efficiency of the training curriculum on reed weaving product design in terms of knowledge and comprehension was at the value of 84.09 /85.22, which was higher than the criteria. The efficiency of the training curriculum on reed weaving product design in terms of production skill was at the value of 83.08 / 86.72, which was higher than the criteria.
