การทดลองใช้คู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดลองใช้คู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย และหาประสิทธิภาพของคู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เป็นพนักงานช่างซ่อมบำรุงของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย ฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงจำนวน 50 คน ได้ทำการอบรมการใช้คู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ และทำการทดสอบวัดความรู้ E1 จำนวน 25 ข้อ และ E2 จำนวน 25 ข้อ และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของพนักงานฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และคำนวณหาประสิทธิภาพคู่มือ ใช้ E1/E2 ที่ 80/80               ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้               ผลการทดลองใช้คู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับสำหรับพนักงานซ่อมบำรุงของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในเกณฑ์ คือ 82.00/85.84 และผลการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของพนักงานซ่อมบำรุงที่มีต่อคู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ ของการรถไฟแห่งประเทศไทย พบว่าพนักงานที่มีอายุงานน้อยยังไม่มีประสบการณ์กล่าวว่า ทำให้ทราบหลักการซ่อมบำรุงมากยิ่งขึ้นคำสำคัญ: คู่มืองานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้ากระแสสลับ Abstract               The purposes of this research were to Experiment of Alternating Current Maintenance Manual of State Railway of Thailand and its efficiency. The population were 50 maintenance workers of State Railway of Thailand. They had train to used the Alternating Current Maintenance Manual and evaluated the knowledge be E1 there are hare 25 questionnaires and E2 there are 25 questionnaires and also ask the suggestions of the maintenance worker on the Alternating Current Maintenance Manual. The statistical were mean, percentage, Standard deviation and E1/E2 should be above 80/80.                 The results as followed:               The results of this research showed that the Experiment of Alternating Current Maintenance Manual of State Railway of Thailand were E1/E2 = 82.00/ 88.84 above the standard. The opinions of the maintenance workers on the Alternating Current Maintenance Manual of State Railway of Thailand found that, the workers who have less experiences learn more about the maintenance techniques.Keyword: Alternating Current Maintenance Manual.
