รูปแบบการจัดการการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพช่างไม้สำหรับนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

Abstract

นิกูล  ชุ่มมั่น*, สุวรรณา  นาควิบูลย์วงศ์ และพัชรา  ราณิชวศิน   *สาขาวิชาอาชีวศึกษา  คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์   *Corresponding author e-mail: lndustrialnigool@gmail.com   บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย  วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจัดการเรียนรู้ทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ระยะที่ 2 สร้างรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ระยะที่ 3  ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้  นักเรียนส่วนใหญ่ขาดทักษะในการปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ครูผู้สอนเน้นการบรรยายมากกว่าการเน้นปฏิบัติ  ครูผู้สอนและนักเรียนมีความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ซึ่งรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ ประกอบด้วย หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และการประเมินผล กระบวนการ  ในการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นสาธิตทักษะเพื่อการรับรู้  2) ขั้นสาธิตทักษะย่อยเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อม  3) ขั้นการลงมือปฏิบัติทักษะย่อยตามคำสั่ง 4)  ขั้นลงมือปฏิบัติได้เองตามเทคนิควิธีการ 5) ขั้นการทำอย่างชำนาญและสามารถเชื่อมโยงทักษะย่อยได้และผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพของการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ พบว่า นักเรียนมีความสามารถในทักษะปฏิบัติอาชีพช่างไม้ หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองใช้รูปแบบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คำสำคัญ : รูปแบบ, การจัดการเรียนรู้,  ทักษะอาชีพช่างไม้ LEARNING MANAGEMENT MODEL TO ENHANCE THE CARPENTER SKILLS FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS   Nigool Chumman*, Suwanna Nakwiboonwong and Patchara Vanichvasin *Department of Vocational Education, Faculty of Education Kasetsart University   *Corresponding author e-mail: lndustrialnigool@gmail.com Abstract This research aims to develop learning management model to enhance the carpenter skills for high school students. There are 3 phases of conducting research. Phase 1: study of problems and needs for learning the skill of professional carpenters. Phase 2: create a learning management model to enhance skills for practicing carpenters. Phase 3: test the efficiency of learning management in order to strengthen the skills of professional carpenters. The research found that the problems and needs for learning management to enhance skills in the practice of carpenters, students lacked skills in practicing carpentry, teachers has a lecture-based rather than practice. The skill management in practical profession carpenter was needed to strengthen both fowlers and student.   The learning management model to enhance the skills of professional carpenters comprised principles, objectives, learning management processes and evaluation. The learning process focused on 5 practical skills 1) demonstration skills for recognition 2) demonstration of sub skills for readiness 3) conducting sub-skills according to the order 4) self-implementation steps according to technique 5) the process of being skillful and able to link sub skills. The performance test results the learning management model to enhance the skills of practicing carpenters. The average score of the skills of the carpenter's professional skills after the experiment was higher than before the trial differ significantly at the level of .01   Keywords : Model, Learning Management, Carpenter Skills
