Abstract

Rehabilitation of disabled persons is an important part of supporting the independent living of people with disabilities. With the situation of COVID 19 which has an impact on the rehabilitation services. Ratchasuda College therefore has adjusted the service model, namely (1) Orientation and Mobility (O&M) skills rehabilitation service, which has been adjusted from the traditional group teaching off-site to One-on-one teaching over the phone and on line by providing practice at home and sharing experiences. (2) Psychological rehabilitation services, adjusted from face-to-face counseling to telephone and line counseling, as well as to meet the role model through group lines instead of group counseling. (3) Assistive Technology and Computing Services offers basic online computer training through Google Meet for those with equipment availability. The videos were recorded on YouTube for students to review day by day. The results showed that the participants had a positive attitude to the service and were highly satisfied. The results of rehabilitation help the visually impaired (1) Learn how to keep oneself safe and confident in movement indoors and out (2) helping to adjust one's thoughts and feelings, making them think that they can live. (3) 80% of computer skills are comprehensible and able to apply that knowledge to use in daily life. In addition, the service providers have found the key issues in the online form of service are: Availability of skills and equipment, Teaching small groups of up to 5 people, Family involvement, production of learning videos and the teacher uses clear explanatory language.
