การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ ความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกและศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก รายละเอียดของการฝึกอบรมประกอบด้วย 3 หมวดการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ หมวดที่ 1 เรื่องความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมพลาสติก หมวดที่ 2 เรื่องส่วนประกอบ หน้าที่ หลักการทำงานของเครื่องจักรในกระบวนการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก ความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน และการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเบื้องต้น และหมวดที่ 3 เรื่องขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ พร้อมทั้งสร้างแบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ในการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก และแบบประเมินความสามารถการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก โดยทั้งหมดได้พิจารณาผ่านผู้เชี่ยวชาญเห็นว่ามีความสอดคล้อง และมีความเชื่อมั่นจนสามารถนำไปทดลองกับพนักงานฝ่ายต่างๆที่มีความต้องการเข้าปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายการผลิตส่วนงานเครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก ของห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดชินะซัพพลาย จำนวน 15 คน ผลการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก เนื้อหาของหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องและเหมาะสมกับวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดไว้และเครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดผลด้านความรู้และความสามารถการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกมีคุณภาพและมีความสอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก ผลสัมฤทธิ์ของการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกที่ทดสอบผู้วิจัยสามารถสรุปประสิทธิภาพของการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกได้ตามเกณฑ์ของสมมติฐานการวิจัยได้คือ ประสิทธิภาพของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมระหว่างการฝึกอบรม เท่ากับ 87.11 มากกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้คือ 85 และประสิทธิภาพของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมเท่ากับ 90.73 มากกว่าเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพที่กำหนดไว้คือ 85 แสดงว่าหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการใช้เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติกมีประสิทธิภาพสามารถนำไปใช้ฝึกอบรมกับพนักงานได้ คำสำคัญ: หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม, เครื่องจักรเป่าถุงพลาสติก Abstract The purpose of this research was to develop of a training curriculum on Blown Film machine which studied an efficiency of training curriculum development on Blown Film machine. The details of training course consist of three sections. Section one the basic knowledge of plastic Industry. Section two knowledge of components, duties and principle of the Blown Film machine process. Safety work and the basic methods of quality control. And section three Blown Film machine process and quality control. The researcher constructed the tests for Blown Film machine knowledge and the evaluation forms for using Blown Film machine. An experts consider the curriculum has a reliability and related with the objective requirement and can be try out with fifteen workmen of all department that want to entered to work in Blown Film machine production department of Chena Supply limited partnership. The result of this training curriculum development on Blown Film machine. Detail of the curriculum related and suitable with objective requirement. The Blown Film machine tests and evaluation forms were related with the training curriculum course.The achievement of training curriculum development on Blown Film machine can be summarized that the efficiency of trainee during training course is 87.11 and after training course is 90.73 that higher than the standard efficiency requirement is 85.
