การสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ด้วยตนเอง: กรณีศึกษาบริษัท ฐานการพิมพ์ จำกัด

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ               การวิจัยเรื่อง การสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ด้วยตนเอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมและหาประสิทธิภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมโดยใช้ทฤษฎีความรู้เบื้องต้นเรื่องหลักการพื้นฐานของ TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) เรื่องการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง โดยตั้งสมมติฐานในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ชุดฝึกอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพไม่ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 และผลสัมฤทธิ์ของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ พนักงานฝ่ายผลิตและหัวหน้างาน ที่รับผิดชอบเครื่องพิมพ์ของบริษัทฐานการพิมพ์จำกัด จำนวน 12 คน โดยใช้วิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงในการทดลองใช้ชุดฝึกอบรม               การสร้างชุดฝึกอบรม ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสร้างชุดฝึกอบรมและแบบทดสอบที่สร้างขึ้นมีความเชื่อถือได้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้เรื่องการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์สูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ชุดฝึกอบรมมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 87.50/89.58 สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้คำสำคัญ: ชุดฝึกอบรม, การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องพิมพ์ด้วยตนเอง Abstract               The objectives of this research were to construct the Printing Offset Self Maintenance Training Module and it’s efficiency on the basic knowledge of  fundamental of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) on self-maintenance. The efficiency of Autonomous Maintenance Training Module should not less than 80/80 and the achievement between before and after training should be significant difference at 0.05 levels. The purposive sampling was used and the samples were 12 production staffs and supervisors.               The researcher construction of Autonomous Maintenance Training Modula and test the reliability. There were significant different achievements between before and after training at 0.05 levels. The efficiency of Autonomous Maintenance Training Modula on the basic knowledge of fundamental of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) on self-maintenance was 87.50/89.58 higher than the criterion of 80/80.
