A PRODUCING TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPING LEARNING SKILLS THAT ARE CONNECTED TO THE WORKING WORLD, INCLUDING PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ                การผลิตครูที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลกการทำงานและทักษะวิชาชีพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยการผลิตครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาด้านการพัฒนาทักษะการเรียนรู้ที่เชื่อมต่อกับโลกการทำงานรวมถึงทักษะอาชีพ การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษานั้นต้องเริ่มต้นจากการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรที่ได้รับการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์และออกแบบให้สามารถสร้างองค์ความรู้ เพิ่มพูนทักษะการปฏิบัติ เสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องจนก่อให้เกิดเป็นสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ที่สามารถนำไปสู่การทำงาน การจัดการเรียนการสอนให้ผู้เรียนได้มีความรู้ ทักษะ ประสบการณ์และสมรรถนะที่เหมาะสมกับอาชีพหรืองานที่ตนเองถนัดและต้องการที่จะออกไปประกอบเป็นอาชีพ จากการศึกษา พบว่า การผลิตครูที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลกการทำงานและทักษะวิชาชีพ เป็นการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อให้ผู้เรียนเกิดความรู้ ทักษะ และสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นและสอดคล้องกับช่วงวัย ช่วงชั้นระดับการศึกษา และส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้รู้จักตนเองว่ามีความรู้ ความสนใจ ทักษะในการเข้าสู่การประกอบอาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลกการทำงานและทักษะวิชาชีพในปัจจุบันและอนาคต ด้วยนวัตกรรมสร้างสรรค์ที่ส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโลกการทำงานและทักษะวิชาชีพ ตามความเหมาะสมกับช่วงวัย ช่วงชั้นระดับการศึกษา   คำสำคัญ : ส่งเสริมทักษะการเรียนรู้, โลกการทำงาน, ทักษะวิชาชีพ   Abstract The teacher producing who stimulated learning skill related to the working world and professional skill aims to study and analyze the factor of the teacher and educational personnel producing in learning skill development that related to the working world, included professional skill. The development of teachers and educational personnel must begin with teaching and learning according to the analyzed curriculum, synthesized and designed to create knowledge, enhance practical skills and gain relevant experiences to create desirable competency that can lead to work, and provided an instruction for students to have knowledge, skills, experience, and competencies suitable for their versed profession or job, and want to be as a career. This study results found the teacher and educational personnel producing in learning skill development that related to the working world and professional skill, is the organized for a learner could created a needed knowledge, skill, and competency that correspond to the age range, education level, and also encouraged a learner to know themselves as knowledge, interested, and skill to enter their occupation that related to the work world, and current and future professional skills with creative innovations that supported learning skills that related to the working world and professional skills as appropriate for the age range, and education level.   Keywords : Promote learning skills, work world, professional skills
