การพัฒนาสมรรถนะข้ามสายงานของผู้เรียนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานวิทยาลัยการอาชีพนวมินทราชูทิศ

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies) ของผู้เรียนในการเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน  2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของภาคประกอบการที่มีต่อสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies) ของผู้เรียนในการเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย  กลุ่มสนทนากลุ่ม ประจำนวน 9 คน กลุ่มผู้ประเมินความเหมาะสมของขั้นตอนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies)ของผู้เรียนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน (Work Readiness) จำนวน 50 คน และกลุ่มผู้ประเมินความพึงพอใจของภาคประกอบการต่อสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies) ของผู้เรียนในการเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน  จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสอบถามความเหมาะสมและความพึงพอใจ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล วิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ได้ของขั้นตอนการพัฒนาสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies) ของผู้เรียนเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน (Work Readiness) มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และภาคประกอบการมีความพึงพอใจต่อสมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน (Transversal Competencies) ของผู้เรียนในการเข้าสู่โลกการทำงาน  อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ : สมรรถนะข้ามสายงาน , พัฒนากระบวนการ , พัฒนาสมรรถนะข้ามสายงานAbstract This research purpose for 1. To study the  developing cross-functional competencies (Transversal Competencies) of learners in entering the working world. 2. To find satisfaction of transversal competencies in entering the working world. The population used in the research focus group 9 people and consisted group of assessed the suitability of the development transversal competencies process of Learners in entering the work readiness 50 people. And a group of assessed the satisfaction of transversal competencies in entering the working world 30 people. The tools used to record form and suitability of questionnaire and satisfaction of questionnaire. Analyzing the data by analyze content ,average and standard deviation. The results showed that procedural suitability of the step to development transversal competencies process of Learners in entering the work readiness at the highest level. And satisfaction of the business sector to transversal competencies of learners in entering the working world at the highest level.   Keywords: Transversal Competencies, Process Development ,Transversal Development
