Abstract

การเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษเข้าสู่อาชีพ Vocational Training for Students with Special Needs ดารณี ศักดิ์ศิริผล*, บัณฑิตา ลิขสิทธิ์ Daranee Saksiripol, Bunthita Likkhasit   ศูนย์พัฒนาการศึกษาพิเศษ  คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ Special Education Development Center, Faculty of Education, Srinakharinwirot University   *Corresponding Author, E-mail: Daranee.swu@gmail.com   บทคัดย่อ การเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษเข้าสู่อาชีพ เป็นการวางแผนและเตรียมความพร้อมทักษะในด้านต่างๆ ที่สำคัญและจำเป็นสำหรับการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ซึ่งการเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้เรียนนี้เป็นบทบาทสำคัญของโรงเรียน ดังจะเห็นได้จากการจัดการศึกษาที่ให้ความสำคัญในการประกอบอาชีพกับการเตรียมผู้เรียนให้มีทักษะและประสบการณ์ โดยกำหนดไว้  ในหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 เริ่มตั้งแต่ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 จนถึงชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ในสาระที่ 4 การอาชีพ ด้านการกำหนดมาตรฐานและตัวชีวัดเกี่ยวกับทักษะ  ที่จำเป็น ประสบการณ์ แนวทางการประกอบอาชีพ การใช้เทคโนโลยี คุณธรรม และเจตคติที่ดีต่ออาชีพ เพื่อการประกอบอาชีพในอนาคต ซึ่งผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษแต่ละคนจะได้รับการประเมินและวางแผนเพื่อการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่การประกอบอาชีพ ผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการดำเนินการ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน พ่อแม่ ผู้ปกครอง และทีม      สหวิชาชีพ โดยการประเมินจะประเมินทักษะทางด้านวิชาการ ทักษะการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน ทั้งนี้การเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่ผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษเข้าสู่อาชีพจะต้องจัดให้สอดคล้องกับความสามารถและความสนใจของผู้เรียนแต่ละคน คำสำคัญ: การเตรียมอาชีพ, ผู้เรียนที่มีความต้องการพิเศษ Abstract: Vocational training for students with special needs involves planning and preparation of vital skills required for the occupations. Such arrangement for those students is the key role of schools. Therefore, education management focusing on skills and experiences for occupations as well as readiness for students has been specified in the Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551 (A.D. 2008) from grade 4 through grade 6 in the learning area 4: occupations, definitions of standards and indicators for required skills, experiences, career paths, application of technologies, morals, and attitudes toward work for the future. Each students with special needs will be assessed and prepared for shift to career. Key implementers are instructors, parents, custodians, and team of multidisciplinary and assessment includes academic and living skills. Vocational training for students with special needs must be consistent with the abilities and interests of each student. Keyword: vocational training, students with special needs
