Abstract

The objectives of this research were to develop the administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty The King. The presentation of the administrative model of the Athletics Association will serve as a guide for other sports association. The data from the research can be used to build an effective administration. The objectives of this research were to define the scope and procedure to study the administration of the Sports Association of Thailand. Step 1: Study the preliminary survey data from documents and related research about administrative of education Physical education and sports . The synthesis of theoretical concepts and methods in the administrative of sports organizations, and in-depth Interviews. Step 2: Develop the administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand. Methodological research was conducted using the Delphi technique by selecting a specific expert by purposive sampling, and to analyze a sensible or practical administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand. Step 3: To confirm the appropriate or practical administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand. The results revealed that:Appropriate forms to apply of the administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty The King. According to expert opinion, the four elements, namely the Administration, Development of Athletes, Human Resources and Competition. This is a model that is consistent with the strategy of sports of the Athletics Association of Thailand and important and most consistent on all sides.The analysis of the average composition of the administrative model of the Athletics Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty The King based on samples found to have opinions showed a mean of 3.99. And when analyzing the composition of the administrative model, it was found that Administration could be divided into four components are structure of budget planning and regulations, the Development of Athletes could be classified into three components are coaches athletes selected and training and training equipment , and Development of Human Resources and Competition Management could be classified by one component.
