การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารจัดการคูปองการศึกษาของโรงเรียนแกนนาจัดการเรียนร่วมในภาคเหนือ A DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF EDUCATIONAL COUPON MANAGEMENT IN NORTHERN LEADING MAINSTREAMING SCHOOL.
Abstract
Purpose This research was to develop of an appropriate model of educational coupon management in northern leading mainstreaming school.Methods This research used technical research Delphi (Delphi Techniques), the research methodology is divided into three stages : Step 1 finding coupon management problems leading management school education in northern Step 2 using the Delphi research technique . The questionnaire asked 19 experts to create a model to create a model of management education voucher Step 3 Check the fit of model management, coupon management education leading schools in northern.Results The results of this research were as follows:1. The problem of educational coupon management in northern leading mainstreaming school was 4 aspects; (1) Personnel found that school administrators and teachers lacked knowledge and understanding, more teaching loads, not on time and time not well spent, not serving the needs of special need children, and lack of awareness and attention on self-development, (2) Budget found that the budget approval was a delay, not on time, and not enough on educational management for special need children, (3) Material and Environment found that facilities provided, media, service, and other on education were not according, appropriate, enough to mainstreaming education, including prepare building was not appropriate on service for special need children, (4) Administration was not cooperation on learning for special need children, not conference, teacher assistant and medical profession were not enough, identification of disability type, service for accounting kor, knowledge and competency of teacher assistant, period of tutor service or rehabilitation, measurement and evaluation in learning.2. An appropriate model of educational coupon management in northern leading mainstreaming school was (1) Personnel should develop the workshop training, meeting, study visit, support an Independent Study, seminar and matching in mainstreaming school, (2) Budget should participate in budget procurement and promote teachers by self-instructional media, (3) Material and Environment should improve the building, environment, facilities, media, and services in the classroom to clean, safety, appropriate for activities and the tutor should arrange the individually classroom or special need children sit near teacher assistant, (4)Administration should set interdisciplinary team, coordination center, supervision, and monitoring in mainstreaming education, including make chart or grant chart and decrease teaching loads of special education teachers.3.
