Abstract
The purpose of this research was to present an administration model for children with learning disabilities of the leading inclusive school under the office of the basic educational commission. The sample of this study consisted of 370 administrators of leading mainstreaming school, 11 educational experts,9 education experts by connoisseurship, 10 director of office education, 10 director of special education, 10 administrators of leading mainstreaming school and 10 Teachers of special education. The instruments used for collecting the data were query condition and needs a proper interview and questionnaire management education for children with learning disabilities. The data were statistically analyzed by mean , standard deviation and Calculate the rate of development into a state that should be PNImodified = (I - D) / D.The results of this research were as follows: An administration model for children with learning disabilities of the leading inclusive school under the office of the basic educational commission was 5 aspects; (1) Leadership of school administrators should be open-minded. The correct attitude Not moved against the difficulties and obstacles, never stand something and adapt yourself under changing situation.(2) Organizations should establish a framework for identity management covers goals of education for children with learning disabilities. (3) The environment characteristics should be appropriate and conducive to learning. Create an atmosphere of friendliness.(4) Characteristics of teachers and educational personnel should understand the context and goals of education for children with learning disabilities. (5) Identity, the students should develop and promote the profession. Moral Health The philosophy of sufficiency economy to use in everyday life.Downloads
