This research was Descriptive Research. The purposes were study knowledge level andpractice level of participatory learning to elderly’s health self-care promotion. The experimental groupconsisted of 45 cases of study obtained from elderly in Nongbuakhok Sub-district Chatturat DistrictChaiyaphum Province. Collect the data by qualitative and quantitative method. The developedinterview was used as a tool to collect employed quantitative data. The content validity was improvedand adjusted by the suggestion of the experts. Using KR-20 and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient testedthe reliability of the assessment tools; were 0.77 knowledge level of participatory learning and practice0.81 level. Data analysis was done by computer program. Statistics were to acquire percentage,means, and standard deviation, maximum, minimum and qualitative data used content analysis.
