The purpose of this study was to determine ways to develop the faculty of physical education,Srinakharinwirot University. Subjects included university administrators, administrators, faculty members,previous faculty members, students, personnel, and alumni of the faculty of physical education as wellas related institutions and workplaces personnel who hired our graduated students. Data werecollected through in-depth interview with university administrators, surveys and Delphi technique. Datawere analyzed using mode and quartile ranges. Findings revealed that the faculty of PhysicalEducation should be developed in four dimensions as follows:
