เครื่องมือเฉพาะที่ผลิตขึ้นเอง ใช้ต่อกับ CO2 เลเซอร์ในการผ่าตัดรักษาอาการนอนกรน

Abstract

อาการนอนกรนทำให้เกิดอันตรายต่อสุขภาพและก่อความรำคาญให้สมาชิกในครอบครัว การผ่าตัดรักษาอาการนอนกรนด้วยเลเซอร์แบบผู้ป่วยนอกได้ผลดี แต่ต้องซื้อเครื่องมือที่มีราคาแพง มาต่อเข้ากับเครื่อง CO2 เลเซอร์ ร่วมทั้งส่วน backstop ของเครื่องมือ เมื่อใช้งานไปนานๆจะมีแสงเลเซอร์สะท้อนออกมา ได้ทำการทดสอบและผลิตเครื่องมือขึ้นเองในราคาถูก ใช้วัสดุที่หาง่ายมีส่วน backstop ที่สามารถปรับความหนาได้ กั้นแสงไม่ให้เกิดอันตรายต่อผนังคอหอยทางด้านหลัง รวมทั้งสามารถกันการสะท้อนของแสงไม่ให้เกิดอันตรายต่อผู้ป่วย และศัลยแพทย์ขณะทำการผ่าตัด Snoring can be endangered to life and distrubs to other family members. Laser assisted uvulopalatoplasty is the successive treatment for this problem in outpatient setting. It is necessary to connect the expensive equipment to CO2 laser before performing this procedure. There is a weak point in the backstop in the equipment. It can refelk CO2 laser when it had been used for a long period of time. Therefore, the self-made equipment is made from inexpensive materials and have to be tested for its properties. Self-made backstop can be adjusted for the density. It also absorbs CO2 laser without reflection. Hence, this new equipment can be used with safty for both patient and surgeon.
