การพัฒนาเครื่องมือเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้นานันทนาการ DEVELOPING INSTRUMENT FOR PROMOTING COMPETENCY OF RECREATION LEADER
Abstract
The purposes of this research were to investigate the competency of direct-service recreational leaders in programming, and to examine to effect of participation in the program for promoting direct-service recreational leaders competency in programming. Sixty nine samples were select by purposive random from higher education students majoring in recreation. There were 35 students in experiment group, and 34 in control group. Samples for extended study the effect of the program were 30 students in Srinakharinwirot University, 31 in Kasetsart University, 33 in Institute of Physical Education – Bangkok, 32 in Institute of Physical Education – Chonburi, and 32 in Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University.The research instruments included: 1) the Evaluation of Recreational Leader Competency in Programming (IOC = 0.60 – 1.0); 2) the Assessment of Translation Validation (IOC = 0.60 – 1.0); 3) the Test of Knowledge, Comprehensive and Analysis Recreation Programming – item difficulty = 0.47 – 0.60, discrimination power = 0.38 – 1.00, and reliability = 0.8; 4) the Manual of Using Program possessed appropriate application at 3.9 (4 scales), and IOC = 1.0; 5) the Questionnaire for Evaluating Satisfaction of Participated in Program – IOC = 0.60 – 1.0; and 6) Evaluation of Activity Engagement during Participated in Program. Data were analyzed by frequency, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.Findings were revealed that: 1) the mean score of recreation leaders competency in programming of the experimental group after participated in the program increased more than before participation at 0.5 in statistics; 2) the experimental group had higher mean score in recreation leaders competency in programming than the control group after participated in the program.Downloads
