Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop ASEAN leadership indicators of undergraduate students in the faculty of physical education. In phase I, Eighteen experts had been surveyed and interviewed. In phase II, researcher created and developed ASEAN leadership indicators by using Delphi Technique 3 times with 22 expertise. Data was analyzed with median and interquartile range. The survey reliability, using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient technique, was .98. Findings that the development ASEAN leadership indicators consisted of 6 primary components, 21 secondary components and 63 indicators. The 6 primary components were 1) Roles as ASEAN Citizen consisted of 5 secondary components 15 indicators. 2) Leadership consisted of 3 secondary components 11 indicators 3) Communication consisted of 5 secondary components 11 indicators 4) Team Working consisted of 3 secondary components 10 indicators 5) Student’s Capability consisted of 2 secondary components 7 indicators and 6) Goodness and Ethics consisted of 3 secondary components 9 indicators.
