This quasi-experimental research was designed to study the effect of health educationprogram applying life skill towards the life skill on AIDS prevention of students in Ladbualoung District,Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The selected life skill consisted of the self-awareness, the selfesteem,the decision making and problem solving skill, and the interpersonal relationship andcommunication skill. Forty three secondary school students of Wat Soponjatikaram School wereselected and received health education program applying life skill for six weeks. The data werecollected by questionnaire and were then analyzed through percentage, mean, standard deviation anddependent samples t-test. The results indicated that after receiving health education program applyinglife skill, the students had self-awareness, self-esteem, decision making and problem solving skill andinterpersonal relationship and communication skill better than before receiving health educationprogram applying life skill with statistically significant difference at .05 level
