The research on “Appropriate Management Model of National Health Security Fund forCommunity of Pak Mak Sub district” has objectives to 1 (study management model of National HealthSecurity Fund of Pak Mak Sub district and (2evaluate performance of management model of NationalHealth Security Fund of Pak Mak Sub district. The population for this research included 2 groups whichare 188 community leaders comprising of 1( local leaders (2 local government officials (3 members ofhousekeeper group (4 public health volunteers and 5 ( members of elder club totaling 10,088. The 2ndgroup comprised of 9,900 villagers of Pak Mak Sub district, totaling 19,988. The data was collectedfrom all community leaders group by purposive method. The Taro Yamane method for calculating thesize of sampling group was applied for the villagers group. The results yielded that the sampling groupcomprised of 385 populations. The total sampling group was 573 populations. The results from datacollection yielded that the researchers could collect data from 5 78stake holders, equivalent to 100%The results yielded that
