This study was intended to find The Effect of PlyometricTraining Together With SAQTraining on Speed of 50 Meter Sprint. It was also intended to compare the effect of Plyometric trainingand SAQ training on the speed of 50 meter sprint. The subjects were 15 athletes Yasothon SportSchool Both groups were trained for 8 weeks. The data were collected by the pre-test of 50 meterssprinting speed and post-test I, post-test II, post-test III and post-test IV after 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6weeks and 8 weeks of training, respectively. The collected data were treated for mean, standarddeviation, and by t-test, One way Analysis of Variance with Repeated Measures, and mean differencesby Bonferroni’s pairing Method.
