Abstract

This research was qua-si experimental. The purposes were to study and compare thepractice level of participatory learning to elderly’s health self-care promotion. The experimentalgroup consisted of 45 cases of study obtained from the elderly in Nongbuakhok Sub-district ChatturatDistrict Chaiyaphum Province. Data were collected by qualitative and quantitative methods. Thedeveloped interview was used as a tool to collect employed quantitative data. The content validity wasimproved and adjusted by the suggestion of the experts. Using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient tested thereliability of the assessment tools; were 0.81 level. Data analysis was done by computer program.Statistics were to acquire percentage, means, standard deviation, maximum, minimum, paired samplet-test and qualitative data used content analysis.
