Abstract

In the web 2.0 Era that emphasizes the construction of online communities, librariesare now expanding a scope of Internet service. This article, therefore, aims to provideinformation on an application of Library 2.0 idea in establishing interactions between librarystaff and users. These interactions are divided into two forms: 1) Real time, which focuseson the use of MSN Messenger or other chat programs with librarians, and 2) Non real time,which includes Wikipedia, blog, and Podcast, for instance.
