แนวทางการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ กรณีศึกษาธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

Abstract

This Study aims to examine the professional development to guidelines for professional security consultants as well as to provide a case study of Information Technology professionals has to following objectives. 1) Situation problems and motivational system to Information Security Consultant at Information Technology companies. 2) To study the experience for professional of self-development related to professional security consultants. 3) To study the guidelines for professional Security consultants at Information Technology companies. This research is a qualitative research implement used to collect information with in-depth interviews developed from research objectives on both consultants managers in Information Technology companies. There were eight people, with three of them working in information security. This study analyzed data organizing interpretation and content analysis follow research objectives. The results of the objectives as follow are 1) The problem is sub-divided into problems that come from diverse and difficult-to-understand customers in terms of Information Technology knowledge. The external environmental factors of education system and economic crises are negative. However, state policy is a positive factor in this market. Regarding qualifications for work in as a Professional Consultant, personality and communication skills are important. The organization can provide motivation to support self-development through certification exams and other welfare, except basic welfare; 2) experience in development, except from work are educational background, self-study and other job tasks for the improvement of soft skills. The use of a personal Lab is special way to develop yourself and prepare for actual work; 3) Goal setting and clarity in developing knowledge, especially language and soft skills are critical to developing a path to becoming an Information Security Professional Consultant. Keywords : Professional consultant, Information security, Information technology firm, Career development บทคัดย่อ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหา เงื่อนไขและการจูงใจที่นำมาสู่การเป็นที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศของบุคลากรในธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 2) ศึกษาประสบการณ์การพัฒนาตนเองไปสู่การเป็นที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศของบุคลากรในธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาสู่การเป็นที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศของบุคลากรในธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบกึ่งโครงสร้างกับบุคลากรที่ดำรงตำแหน่งผู้จัดการที่ปรึกษาของบริษัทที่ดำเนินธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศจำนวน 8 คน และบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้คำปรึกษา จำนวน 3 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการตีความเนื้อหาและแบ่งประเด็นเนื้อหาตามจุดมุ่งหมายในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษาสรุปประเด็นตามวัตถุประสงค์พบว่า ประเด็นที่ 1 พบปัญหาจากลูกค้าที่มีความหลากหลายของธุรกิจ และมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างจำกัด ประกอบกับปัญหาจากปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมภายนอกที่มีระบบการศึกษาและสภาพเศรษฐกิจไม่เอื้ออำนวย แต่ได้แรงบวกจากนโยบายรัฐผลักดันขึ้นมา ในด้านคุณสมบัติที่จำเป็นต่อสายงานคือบุคลิกภาพ และทักษะการสื่อสาร และความรู้ทางด้านสารสนเทศ โดยสิ่งที่องค์กรสามารถใช้ในการจูงใจได้คือการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาตนเองผ่านการสอบเพื่อประกาศนียบัตร และสวัสดิการอื่นๆ นอกจากปัจจัยพื้นฐาน ประเด็นที่ 2 ประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนานั้นพบว่า นอกเหนือจากการทำงานแล้ว วุฒิการศึกษาในอดีต การเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเองเพิ่มเติม และบทบาทหน้าที่อื่น จะช่วยเสริมทักษะการทำงาน ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยเฉพาะการทดลองเชิงปฏิบัติการก่อนการเผชิญกับการทำงานจริง เพื่อสร้างความพร้อมในการทำงาน ประเด็นที่ 3 แนวทางการพัฒนานั้นมีความชัดเจนจากการวางเป้าหมายสูงเพื่อสร้างเส้นทางอาชีพและการพัฒนาตัวเอง โดยจะทำให้มีแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะที่จำเป็นต่อสายอาชีพ ทั้งด้านภาษาทักษะเสริมการทำงานต่างๆ ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การเป็นที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพด้านความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ คำสำคัญ ที่ปรึกษามืออาชีพ ความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ ธุรกิจระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การพัฒนาวิชาชีพ
