Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to develop and find out an efficiency of the computer assisted instruction (CAI) lesson on educational research, to have efficiency at 80/80. (2) to compare achievements before and after learning through the CAI lesson. (3) to compare the achievements between after learning through the CAI lesson and the traditional leaching methods. (4) to study the students’ satisfaction toward computer assisted instruction lesson on educational research. The sample groups used in this research were the 4th year student at Yala Rajabhat University who were studied at the semester 1th /2016. They were divided into three groups: the first group (24 cases) were used for the efficiency testing. The other groups selected by cluster sampling were the experiment group (24 cases) and the control group (26cases). The instruments used in this research were the computer assisted instruction lesson, achievement test and satisfaction questionnaire. Mean, standard deviations, t-test, and effect size were used in data analysis. The findings showed that (1) The CAI was developed has an efficiency level at 80.00/80.14 (2) The student’s achievement after learning with CAI was higher than before learning. It was significantly at the level of .05 and Effect size at 0.63 (3) the student’s achievement after learning with CAI was higher than the learning with traditional method. It was significantly at the level of .01. (4) The student’s satisfaction through learning with CAI were in the highest level.
