It implies that those who work on the construction site have a unique attitude toward health and safety due to higher health and safety risks than other industries. These omnipresent safety issues appear to be norms on construction activity that need to be addressed daily. This study examines whether safety culture on construction sites can be assessed by the tools that had been carried out by other industries, where multiple contractors with different educational backgrounds and professionals are hired to perform specific tasks as part of the construction project. This study is a cross-sectional study that utilizes UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE)’s safety climate assessment tools. There are 440 employees on the construction site with 321 eligible respondents which account to 72.9 %. This study finds that personal risk acceptance appear to be the leading cause of unsafe behavior follow by rules and procedures compliance issues and workers’ perception of the work environment in construction. These factors imply that most of the workers on the construction site are willing to take risks and are reluctant to obey safety rules. This is a mixed method research using multiplechoices<br />examination and interviews. The sample group includes 386 chairmen of the<br />Elderly Club from all regions of Thailand. There are 15 key informants in identifying<br />the understanding of creating merits of the elderly as a whole and in separate aspects<br />which consists of alms, precepts, and prayers(dana-sila-bhavana). The scores for<br />understanding the merit making of the elderly at present are in three levels: low,<br />medium, and high. Using content analysis to propose the way to create merit for<br />the elderly in society. The result shows two aspects. First, at present, Thai elderly<br />have a moderate level of understanding about merit creating both in overall and in<br />separate aspects. Second, the proposals on ways to create merit for the elderly can<br />be synthesized that should adhere to the principles of quality management. It starts<br />with planning by defining the framework or direction of work through integration with<br />different sectors. The plan should then be implemented by encouraging the elderly<br />to engage in a variety of activities, emphasizing activities that can be implemented<br />in daily life. It is an activity that can be done by oneself, with family members, or a<br />group of elderly. The next step is to organize activities that promote or support the<br />principle of transferring experiences to exchange learning. Ultimately, it needs to be<br />revised through joint discussion activities to lead solutions problems including the<br />development of activities. This is a quantitative research that uses stepwise multiple regression<br />analysis. The population used for data collection was the support personnel of the<br />Molecular Biosciences Institute, Mahidol University which amounted to 48 people. The<br />research found that factors for recognizing the benefits of innovation, attitude towards<br />utilizing innovation, the perception of the difficulty in implementing innovation, getting<br />support from the university, and expectations of the efficiency of innovation. Stepwise<br />multiple regression found that only 2 variables can be used to predict, including<br />expectations from the efficiency of innovation. There is a prophecy coefficient of . 930<br />(R2=.865). This mean that it can predict factors that influence 93.0 percent of innovation<br />components. According to the forecasting equation, the expectation of innovation<br />efficiency is high. This research deploys a qualitative method<br />using in-depth interview. The sampling are executives from six medium and large<br />enterprises who have more than five years’ working experience and are responsible for<br />risk management in the organization. The result shows that risk management, business<br />continuity, and laws for risk and disaster management are knowledge required for<br />working adults. The essential skills for working adults in risk and disaster management<br />are communication skills, analytical skills and systematic thinking skills. The required<br />attributes for risk and disaster management are enthusiastic, visionary and deliberateness.<br />The knowledge, skills and attributes are used to develop risk and disaster management<br />training program for working adults. According to the study, the story of comfort women vanished after world War II because of the Cold War’s global impact and the political climate in each<br />nation at the time, which included anti-communism and the war for independence.<br />Stories of comfort women have resurfaced in the 1990s. Investigating the real-life<br />accounts of comfort women was inspired by the global campaign for women’s human<br />rights. Additionally, demand an apology and redress from Japan also affects Japan’s<br />relations with Indonesia and the Philippines. The victims have asked Japan to apologize<br />for war crimes and offer consolation to the women. The results<br />show that by working under pressure during the 2-year of COVID-19 crisis, generation<br />Z’s work expectation has changed significantly particularly in work status, work<br />environment and social responsibility. This result echoes generation Z’s work expectation<br />for HRM practices in post COVID-19. Using non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group<br />interviews with 32 Baanyave Fruit Processing Community Enterprise members, the<br />study shows that sustainable development approaches of Community Enterprise are:<br />1) online marketing using live commerce to sell products, 2) production through the<br />investment plan for the procurement of modern technology equipment for product<br />development and productivity enhancement, such as electric food dryer and solar<br />drying dome, food preservation development to extend the shelf life of concentrated<br />tamarind juice, dried crystallized tamarind, and crystallized tamarind, new product<br />development planning such as cubed tamarind powder, concentrated tamarind juice,<br />and tamarind juice powder, 3) packaging development, especially, in processed tamarind<br />and fruits for the preservation to prevent the change of taste and color, 4) upgrading<br />product standards of OTOP goods from 4 stars to 5 stars and having Halal certification<br />to expand to the Islamic market, and 5) group management for member knowledge<br />and capacity development in production and accounting. The research aims to 1) develop<br />social education teaching forms according to the theory of knowledge building together<br />with the growth mindset concept to promote learning competencies of graduate<br />students in social studies, 2) study the ability of social studies teaching forms according<br />to the theory of knowledge building with the growth mindset concept to promote<br />learning competencies, which are skills required for the future graduate students in<br />social studies. 2.1) to promote learning competencies of graduate students in social<br />studies after receiving teaching and learning according to the forms of social studies<br />according to the theory of knowledge building with the growth mindset concept and<br />2.2) to study the opinions of 34 graduate students in Social Studies 2 Course. This<br />research tool is the development of social studies teaching patterns according to<br />the theory of knowledge building with the growth mindset concept to promote the<br />competencies of learning management of graduate education students social studies<br />and 2) interview graduate student learning management performance social studies<br />and data analysis.<br />The findings are divided into five steps: 1) building interest, 2) planning for<br />exploration and information collecting, 3) deliberation, discussion and explanation,<br />4) reflection, and 5) reorganizing the concept and using.
